Mandatory from 5 October 2026

The lorry’s control document now has to be electronic

It is the administrative control document under Orden FOM/2861/2012 (Spanish road haulage regulation), which every lorry has carried on paper since 2013. DeCA generates it, delivers it to the driver’s phone with its QR code and keeps it ready for any inspection. CargoGest issues it when the lorry is weighed.

The order is entered once and flows automatically to the plant, the weighbridge, the lorry’s document and the invoice.

What the regulations require, already taken care of

  • Electronic control document

    Orden FOM/2861/2012 · from 5/10/2026

    DeCA and CargoGest generate the document for each trip with its QR code, ready for inspection.

  • Veri*Factu invoices

    Mandatory from 1 January 2027

    CargoGest invoices every lorry with Veri*Factu (Spain’s verifiable invoicing system); Gesthorm and Arigest, with built-in accounting.

  • Working time record

    Article 34.9 of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (Spanish Workers’ Statute)

    Gesthoras clocks in plant staff and drivers from their phones, with QR or NFC.
